Older building but apartment 15 had high quality fittings and was a real surprise inside. Great view and a decent balcony. If all apartments in the building are equiped and fitted out in the same manner then this is an ideal destination. Great value and attentive service from management. All in all, would stay there again.

A lovely retro-styled hotel,excellent location if you are flying out of the Gold Coast airport (the room fee includes a free airport transfer). Also very good when coming off a late night flight - there are always cheap supplies in the room (noodles, cup-a-soups, hot water jug), great if you are coming off a 1 am flight! We were on the 14th floor as I had requested a great view and was stunned by how good it was. We could see right out over the ocean and to the left a view of the boating channel. The apartment was lovely and we felt like millionaires. It was so nice it was hard to go out! Ben was great to us and showed us where to get a nice meal when we had arrived tired. We stayed in the deluxe seaview appt, room 18. Immaculate spacious appartment, modern, stylish, seaviews from all rooms, two bathrooms, great kitchen. Undergournd secure parking. We were out at the theme parks during most days, and didnt use the pool which looked inviting. The beach is just over the road.

Bayview is far enough away from the busy Surfers Paradise but close enough to theme parks, shopping, walks and other attractions. The apartment was beautifully kept and a good size. -
The manager was very helpful and a really nice person ,always makes your stay alot better. The apartment was beautiful and clean and had a lot of space, we would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends to stay . it's a home away from home.

Extra helpful staff going the extra mile. Offered to help me clean up my car after someone threw up in it. So, so, comfortable unit and wonders upon wonders a fridge and hot beverage making facilities. Lovely spacious room and bathroom and the bed was a dream! Just a very short stroll to Pacific Fair and Jupiters Casino.

Whilst the building is a little dated, the accommodation, facilities and outlook (fabulous views of the Broadwater) exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself was a little tired, but had every necessity and was absolutely spotless, sheets and towels were as new. Brad, the Manager, could not do enough for us. Thanks Brad. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
