  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We thought the staff were very accommodating. They really made us feel welcome. I also thought the breakfast was really good.   The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either.
