all reviews » Location Self contained Good size bathroom Free parking. It was verry spacious. liked the location. The space, close to the beach and Surfers. Nice sheets. Location was good. Nothing. Rooms were very budget. Our room had blood on the curtains & the door knobs were coming off. Screen door didn't lock & were dodgy. Carpet was badly stained & decor very old. Key entry into and out of carpark. I had to find somewhere to park after I left to drop off the carpark key to reception. STAIRS..... with 2 little ones I would of preferred a bottom level room, up and down all the time was a bit frustrating... Noisy Stained carpets Dirty floors - feet got dirty walking on them Air conditioner noisy and leaked. The veranda was very dirty, the futon in the lounge room was broken. very very dirty and smelly, broken doors, lamps etc, no lightbulbs, carpet was very dirty and this made whole apartment smell terrible!. Unit had not been vacuumed, dead cockroach in kitchen cupboard, dust on small tables, crumbs on kitchen table, cold tap not operating on shower over bath, hand rail in bathroom drops to the floor if you put a towel on it. with some work the place could be restored beautifully but obvious no maintenance done regularly and there is no excuse for cleaners not to clean. Room 44. The unit was dirty and unclean, the dishwasher did not work, the washing machine did not work, the door was hanging off the shower which my husband had to fix and the carpet smelt like vomit and the hotter it got, the smellier it got. I would not stay there again. There was an ant's nest in the kitchen, no bins provided and very disappointed. The carpet was dirty and smelly Kitchen tap and shower nozzle broken Shower recess mouldy Crockery and cutlery dirty. Kitchen cupboards dirty with door falling off. When we arrived there was noone at reception and had to call a number. It was only 4pm in the afternoon. They had then put is in the wrong room type and so I then had to wait an hour for someone to get there to change our room. For $200 the room was basic and old. I would have expected much better quality for the price. Would not recommend the place as it is very run down ,dirty and not worth the money.
