We had a fantastic holiday! Lovely modern, clean 2 bedroom apartment. Spa, steam room and sauna were great. Walking distance to beach and shops. 10 mins drive to Seaworld 5 mins to Pacific Fair. Fortunate to have been upgraded to ocean view room - spectacular! Best Gold Coast accommodation I have stayed at so far. Good sized apartment with full kitchen facilities. Great wrap around views of beach and canals. Would loved to have a recliner style beach chair on the balcony though - the days were lovely but couldn't lie out in the sun reading a book!.

Workmen next door very noisy at 6.30am on the first morning. room was very clean and large for our family with great furnishings, pool area was great also. we had an issue with the tv reception, they had maintenance there straight away to rectify the problem. we truly like the location that so close to the main point at Surfer Paradise. the unit facing the sea and can view the sun rise every morning. We will highly recommend the hotel to our friends. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and excellent value for money, fantastic location only 200 meters from the beach and short walk to public transport and shops. Nice clean modern hotel. Great outdoor entertainment area! Loved it and will definetly stay there again :). Modern decor, equipped with all necessities, very stylish Will stay there again if it fits my budget. i like the facilities and it is really comfortable.Good environment and good design. Ran out of toilet paper, had to buy more. You have to clean and put away dishes before you go, plus empty all bins. We're pretty clean, but this is a downer at the end of trip to make sure everything is clean and tidy. However, I assume this is why prices are pretty low. Microwave did not work, shower door was broken and dirty, bath and table was dirty. Would like to have had another Towell each and some more toilet paper supplied. there was some renovations being done which we were not notified of prior to our arrival. there wasn't a second tv in the main bedroom. there was a double billing to my credit card for the same stay and Invoice. Hope the second payment has been refunded. Was a gap between wall and balcony rail that toddler could easily fit through (21st floor!). The carpet seemed to have foot odour smells in lounge room, balcony doors very hard to close to lock, male cleaner/ groundsman wasn't very friendly.. More nosy than anything. Nothing. Bed is not really comfortable. Everything I booked for was dissapointing, I hate writing bad reviews but, the pool was shut, the cinema shut at 530pm and you needed to be a member of a club to use the golf stimuli (which wouldnt have bothered us if we knew) Over all Im 22 and when I pay $422 to stay somewhere, its for an occation, I cried because Id saved my butt off and couldnt use anything I paid for. There should arrangements of food too .sometime you dont have cash or you come late .if their is arrangmets of food in the bulilding too will be great . You guys chtaged me missing one plate which is rediculous. Nothing that I can think off. Lack of toilet paper and washing detergent and towels. Very cramped and disorganised car park. The facilities were not what we paid for, the pool was not heated as advertised, the gym was smaller than I thought, and even after complaining to the manager, all he could say was sorry. My kids would not use the pool due to it being like an ice bath. It was advertised with pool consistently heated at 27 degrees temperature but it was not heated at all. Bed was very old and uncomfortable. The kitchen floor was dirty, needs moping. Dusty everywhere. You were given extremely minimal towels and were charged if you required extra. There were no services to the room unless you stayed 14 consecutive days. I paid the same rate as my friend, yet they had an extremely large room with a great view and I had a small room on the side of the building with low view. HARD Bed, shower tap fell apart, no spare rubbish bags. Not the best location if you want to be close to Surfers Paradise .. they have charged us 50$ extra per unit claiming to be for extra cleaning although we stayed for eight nights .. i wouldn't recommend this hotel and if you want the best , you may chose Circle on Cavil for almost same value .. and close to everything .. and deal with honest people .
