The Staff were very helpful, I needed a charger for my mobile phone and the gentleman at Reception found one and brought it to our room. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Low noise also. In our 5 day trip around this region, this motel was the best by far. It was the very best value for money. Other motels need to take note. Value for money and surprised how clean and spacious it was. Staff were very very helpful and I will be staying there again.
all reviews » THE EASE OF BOOKING THE MOTEL. The service was excellent.The room was spacious. The parking was great and the room was quiet. Primarily the price. But it was clean, the shower was good and the bed was very comfortable. We had a good night sleep. the place was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly bathrooms looked like they were fairly new. Very good value for what we paid and the rooms are a generous size. We also like ground floor rooms. white sheets and towels toaster microwave electric blankets free wi-fi value for money location. i would stay again the room had everything we needed the staff at the desk were very good. was only overnight, but the staff were lovely and it was central to where we needed to be. Clean, quiet and best hot shower I have ever experienced in any motel. Great location for services and a quiet spot to refresh and relax. Th motel is close to town centre, also very clean and economical. comfortable, clean and roomy, good parking, breakfast was great. very quiet motel,very clean but needed shade for the car. Some friends and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was neat, clean and after a long day on the road the shower was better than expected. Had enough got water for three long showers and the water pressure was great. I comment on this because almost everywhere else we've stayed we have had small trickling showers. Free wi-fi was also hady. Overall, was a good budget stay and I would stay again. Close to zoo and restaurants, and I recommend rose garden just a short stroll, best Thai food ever, staff kind, we booked one night and ended up staying 2. size of the family room very good. having 2 T/v' was great. room done in attractive colors, beds and pillows comfortable. The decor was very dated and a bit worn out. as we had young kids with us it would have been nice if the pool area had some shade. The only complaint was the toilet area was a little crampt for folk who are a larger size. It would be easier in the shower if a hand rail was included for ease of movement. The hot water tap on the sink didn`t work. Evening meal was not up to standard at all. The location as described on the booking confirmation was a little confusing with 101 Cobra Street not being recognised by the GPS in my vehicle. Unfortunately I was using a tablet and the map associated with the Booking confirmation did not appear, as this would have resolved this difficulty. air conditioning could have been abit faster to cool the room down. Nothing to complain about. Needs updating in the rooms I think the bathrooms had not long been renovated not spacious in the bathroom but good hot water which came through as soon as the tap was turned on. The truck parked outside our room which woke us up at 6.30 each morning. They had a toaster in the room but no knives or plates. The towels were to hard needs to be softer The shower pressure was poor. Reception area. Not inviting. Did not have a drink machine. Snack machine. Magazines to purchase.It would have been nice to have a small shop at reception. Milk, bread, small cereals, biscuits etc. Reception not at all inviting. On the second morning we were there my friend had to have a cold shower as hot water service was not in operation. Only issue was that there was a bit of noise from the road and the room next door. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better. being on the ground floor, we found noises from upstairs annoying. bathroom could have been cleaner, toilet brush and tidy bin very dirty. Also cob webs in room. Could hear traffic on road all night long. Price was too much for the facilities provided. Noisy air-conditioner & fridge with a malfunctioning smoke alarm to boot ! Staff need to improve their english speaking skills. The didn't look very nice it wasn't clean enough and I couldn't stay inside the room to have a meal cause there wasn't a table and chairs around it was like bange and 2 chairs beside which is not very romantic at all. There was hair on the floor. Bathroom Light was noisey. Cupboard doors required cleaning. Property tired especially bathroom. A little hard to find even with GPS. BBQ area was not as advertised. The couch was soiled, sunken in and dirty looking. It could have even been broken but I didn't want to sit on it as it was that off-putting. Taps were not clean with brown rings around base. Air conditioner did not work. There was a toaster but no plates or cutlery apart from one very small spoon. Did not like the cold showers [hot water run out very quick]. Ok, but a little underwhelmed.
