excellent customer service. When we forgot to put our "please make up our room" notice out, the friendly staff serviced our room, even though we had missed the 'advertised' room cleaning times. They didn't have to do this, but it was greatly appreciated. Also, staff very knowledgable and able to recommend places to eat and visit, all of which were excellent. The room was comfortable and there was ample room to park our trailer,staff were friendly and helpful.My daughter was keen for a swim in the pool,but swimming in Dubbo in the winter I don't think so.

Over priced and rushed to leave room at ten am. nothing. new swing set for the kids would be nice. Our room window oped onto a dark short hallway - no view whatsoever that we would want to open our blinds to see. The pool was so cold that our grandchild would not even get in - even though a week prior was swimming in the ocean. I booked this hotel for my parents and myself based on the photos of the rooms that looked quite contemporary and new however whilst my parents room was like this the room I shared with my 2 children was not renovated and the bathroom was really old as was the furnishing and bedspreads. I felt that the room shouldve been on a cheaper rate as it was not renovated. I was very disappointed. My kids even noticed and wanted to have a shower in their grandparents room. There Eftpos machine didn't work.Had touble paying.End up paying cash. Room vv small for 3 beds for a family room.for the price we paid I would expect more space.family room for 5 but only room for vv small table n 4 chairs. Room run down. General grounds and pool needed tidy up.
