  We appreciated the in-room washer & dryer. We are currently in between rental properties & it was nice to be able to do our washing within the apartment. Simple but made such a difference. When walking past they would always make an effort to speak to us and smile. All mod cons within apartment made for - The apartments were fabulous, clean and very comfortable. The italian eatery downstairs had great food and the coffee was the best we have tasted for a very long time!

  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.
