  The staff were fantastic, especially those at breakfast. I didn't catch the girls name who was there both mornings yet she was helpful, polite and accommodating.   I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   The location is perfect, across the road is the beach. We stayed here only one night on our way to Brisbane, but Coffs Harbour, the beach and this hotel seemed very nice too us.   Stayed here for only one night, but it just wasn't long enough. The room was large, very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. Alisha and Peter the managers were great and very accommodating, we were booked in else where the next night for a wedding.
