  Wonderful warm welcome when we got there very friendly..lovely spacious and clean rooms..they had everything all we needed was our clothes..they had toiletries etc..had a great pub on corner $8.95.   The managers, Conan and Kim were very friendly. Conan carried our luggage up the one flight of stairs for us. The room that we had, although not large, had everything that we needed including a two burner stove top, a microwave and a small oven/grill. Great value for money. - - The rooms are very clean and comfy, and there is all you need in the kitchen, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and much more. - Just cross the street and the beach is all yours. - A special thank to the owners of the motel who were absolutely lovely, helping me with my luggage, dropping me off at the shopping center, calling a taxi for me, and who were always smiling.   I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse.   The accomodation was very comfortable and a fairly short walk to the beach. There was a good variety of restaurants/shopping facilities near the hotel. The hotel ownrs were very pleasant and helpful and happy to make suggestions regarding where to eat and what to do etc. The free internet access was a good bonus too. Friendly couple running the motel. Free laundry room located on the premises. Swimming pool which was at the front of the motel behind a high brick fence for privacy which was good. Quiet with a close proximity to everything needed, bakery, chemist, supermarket. Hotel at the end of the road Hoey Moey? Had meals for $8.50 which were good quality and serving size.

  We would highly recommended this clean, cozy place to travellers. Our room was the cheapest and yet it was spacious and spotlessly clean. The place is very close to major roads so traffic noise is inevitable until it slows down around 10 pm, but our windows sealed it off just fine anyways. Great location and totally worth the money - will definitely go back next time we are in Coffs. - Arrived well before the book in time; not a problem. Manager Chris more than happy to accommodate; in fact we were even given a unit upgrade at no extra charge. Very friendly and decent management; unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

  Highlight of our long trip was to come and feel relaxed welcomed and taken care of. The kids loved the heater and comfy beds. With 15 mins notice before check-in we were impressed with everything from arrival to departure. Breakfast menu was hearty and perfect for the start of another long drive. The rooms are older but they are the most comfortable we have stayed in than some 5 star places. Will recomm - We booked in for a twin room and we got upgraded, I think it was a great stay, the beds were extremly comfortable and the room was very clean and tidy, fridge was a good size aswell. It was close to everything and considering it is just off the pacfic highway there was no road noise what so ever. Russell and Margaret were so very helpful with anything we needed.
