  Friendlyness of the Staff, especially Robine @ Reception. The meals were very nice, & grate value 4 money. Overall one of the better motels we have stayed at. In fact on our return from Albany 2 Perth we r stay a second time. - The staff were helpful the room was clean. The evening meal was very good.   as an ex travel agent, I was impressed with the level of the staff. They were very courteous and helpful. Too much these days the staff are under pressure to get you checked in and away from the front desk, but we found the staff to be very good ambassadors for your property. - We have stayed a number of times here in a couple of different room t... what people say » ypes and will go back again. The rooms are clean and fresh with plenty of space. The staff are very friendy. We have never had a problem :) The rates are also great!
