  Love the oaks on felix - great location near to Botanical gardens, riverwalk, great restaurants, shops, etc. Very comfortable and especially like the kitchens, washer/dryers,balconies.   It was very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly. We just arrived from a 13hour flight and the staff were happy to allow us to check in early.
