But the best thing I remember is Greg, Front Desk, on Sat 13/4/13 started at 2pm - This guy deserves a pay rise instantly, I observed him deal with a rather un relaxed customer, shall we say who only required an understanding touch - He did so with exceptional skill, diplomacy and genuine caring, Please ... what people say » return the favour to this amazing gentleman, I would recommend him for any accolades your are able to offer. Its is of merit that you have employed su - I live in Brisbane but had study to catch up on for exams that being on tap at home was preventing, so I checked into Midtown for 5 nights. I was extremely fortunate to be up-graded to a larger room so I could spread out and be even more comfortable.   Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. - Absolutely loved it and have already booked again.   I loved it all, the room was perfect, clean, had everything provided for a our stay. Staff were brilliant. One day we were leaving to go down town, and it was just starting to rain. We arrived from uk early in morning & they got our apartment ready very quickly for us. Helped me with printing and faxing as we were emigrating. Nothing was too much & always smiling. Apartment was comfortable & clean, very well equipped. Free loop bus down to cbd was great.
