Truely loved the accommodation. It was fresh& tastefull. Beds were very comfortable & clean. Loved the walk in shower and loads of bench for bathroom items. Kitchen was well provided with cupboards & applicances. There was a lovely big wardrobe. Loved the lounge & dining area. Laundry was so handy and the staff were wonderful after a long drive from S.A. I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful inn. I only wish we could have stayed longer instead of the 1 night. Would love .
all reviews » Had a wonderful stay in a room with a view. Watching the sunrise from the sea, sitting in the comfort of your room. The owner is an excellent human being , she went out of her way to help us when we went through a stressful situation due to rental car breakdown. Wish there were more people like her around to make each of your trip a pleasant memory. Would definitely go back if we get a chance . The stay was very enjoyable. The apartment was very clean. Appliances were all in good condition and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location also, being so close to the beach and the shops, was very convenient. Definitely would I/we will be using it again and hence recommending Waterfront to others. Thanks. Everything was great, great price, close to all the restaurants and shops, good distance to base ourselves and then look at the Apostles and Lorne from this location. Really enjoyed our stay. The room was bright and clean, the bed very comfortable and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was a nice surprise. Also very quiet considering we were on a main rd. Debbie at the front desk was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the inn, the town, and printed driving directions for us. It is walking distance to grocery and equipped for cooking. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. Great value, very clean and comfortable in a convenient location where I could walk to a choice of cafes and restaurants. I felt welcomed and all the staff were friendly and very helpful with any request and with suggestions on local activities. Perfect location with ocean view outside balcony. Lovely gray-haired lady at the reception provided very useful info of day trip. She even gave us a small bottle of fresh milk for making coffee/tea, which was so warm and sweet in that rainy day. We liked the location, it's proximity to some decent restaurants etc and we liked the style and the friendliness of the management. What seemed like a very minor problem for us was dealt with so well that it deserves recognition, so thank you. We had a couple of days at the Waterfront Motor Inn with my sister and brother In law, we found the staff to be very helpful, the rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious making our time in Apollo Bay most enjoyable. very nice friendlyFamily, good relaxing time, quiet Place direct near the Beach and near by to thre places .. gread ocean Road twelf apostel etc. we had a very good time in that Motel and we would like go there again. Deb was absolutely lovely and obliging in everyway possible. We were on a mission my partner wanted to propose so the close proximity to the ocean gave us a perfect setting. We will be back. My wife and I stayed for just one night. Our host could not have been more friendly or helpful. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a fine harbour view. Would stay again. I stayed in a Family Unit (for 4 people) and it was outstanding in terms of cleanliness, facilities and comfort. Not sure if it is still the case for other smaller rooms though. The stuff is very friendly. I arrived a bit later, almost 8 pm. The stuff leave a hand draw letter to me, with a map where is my apartment, where to park. Very cute. :-). Nothing - all good.
