  I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights don't need to waste resources to have a useless... what people say » room clean, but they sure appreciate a free drink. Thank you. Concierge on sunday 16th June was a lovely young man and very helpful Bar staff polite, helpful, well mannered, young guy working on Sunday night , 23rd June was very helpful and , friendly, reception staff were good.

  Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room.   Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels - Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with minimal outside noise. Quality teas and coffee available.

  Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. The restaurant was great for value. we booked a spa and it was well worth the money. The room was huge and so peaceful. Highly reccommended to anyone.

  I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.

  The size of the room was great. Windows opened and we had a balcony. We appreciated being able to leave suitcases for a late flight and the desk attendant called us a taxi to go to tbe airport with no fuss.
