Amazingly helpful staff, incredible views, and big, comfortable room (we had one of the Lake Suites). The location was as good as you can expect in Bariloche...a few km outside of downtown, a short bus ride from some of the scenery, and 2 km from a great restaurant, Boliche de Alberto.

I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help.
The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional).
The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it.

Staff friendly and helpful. We practically had the hotel to ourselves due to low season! Big, confortable room with views of mountains. Good evening meals prepared in restaurant. Swimming pool and jacuzzi nice way to relax in the evenings before dinner!
