Everything.... Spectacular views!!! The rooms were to die for, every possible amenity they had it & more. Expansive rooms which included: Enormous Jacuzzi with an amazing view, Aromatherapy & color-therapy steam room with shower. Dry sauna. Fireplace. Bar. Kitchen with built-in nook. Wonderful restaurant with the most phenomenal views from their sun-deck. Staff was truly genuinely friendly & professional. Avid traveller & I would vote charming at the TOP of my list for the #.
all reviews » I loved the staff, from the reception to the cleaning everybody very nice and ready to help. The breakfast was very good, speacially Eugene, who prepares an excellent cappucino (really a coffee professional). The apartment had an excellent space with complete kitchen and very good if you go with children as well. Love it. The staff were extremely polite, courteous and helpful--always there to do what they could to make our stay better. This is absolutely a fabulous hotel and the highlight of our honeymoon so far. I would recommend it without reservation. We had a fantastic stay. The stuff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room was very comfortable, and very clean. It's located right at a little bay on the lake. the facilities are luxury, the food is very delicious, the boss and staff are very nice and charming. Living there, I am an unique guest welcomed and recognized by all the staff. Perfect setting perched high up overlooking the water. Be sure to go up to the "crows nest" - (3 sets of stairs up) for breakfast - the view is spectacular. The staff were lovely and very helpful when trying to decide where to go and what to see. The views from my room were amazing. Everything was perfect, from the room, to the staff, the restaurant, the view... Great staff, incredible views, quality restaurant, all for a great price. The rooms orderd by Bookingcom were not available and we got a family unit instead of 2 suites No real aplogy No suggestion for compensation The other romm that was promised after I insited was not ready until 1700 the next day. Nothing. We were not crazy about our room. It was probably the only one that didn't have a view and there was a full size and a twin bed in a pretty small room.
