Very kind staffs, especially Ms Patricia. She is very kind and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable.
Hotel is very close to subway station and on the big street. Location is in the next block of national congress, so I saw security guards /police on the street and felt more secured.

This was a very nice, modern, downtown hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor and a view of the city. It's not in the greatest downtown location for walking to attractions, but very easy by taxi.

Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor. Shared internet (24/7 access). Very good value. Neighborhood was fairly convenient to various parts of the city. -
