We had a very pleasant stay at Riva Urban Loft and decided to stay here just a couple of before arriving to Buenos Aires, mainly because of the swimming pool and free wifi. We were not let down. Great new hotel very central to get around. You can walk easily to the San Telmo, Centro and a reasonable taxi fare to the other tourist hot spots. Nice clean facilites. Comfy bed, quiet location and the pool was a real treat after a full day of sightseeing. Reception staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. Overall a very good stay.
There was a an issue with the toilet, but management were very quick to resolve.

The staff members were very courteous and would go out of their way to help. Complementary breakfast offered a range of food and drink to choose from. Centrally located to most of the places I wanted to see and public transportation systems was within easy reach. I felt safe. I enjoyed the classic charm of the hotel.
