  I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city map etc. - Everything. Recommend the city bus tour with BA bus 3hr trip but take jacket if you want to sit upstairs

Every room seems to be identical with a kitchen and sitting area that would make it convenient for families or people staying longer.

  Room was Huge, with 2 very comfy double beds, airmchairs, lcd tv and the kitchenette had a toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. The room was cleaned everyday during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a small balcony but the view wasnt the best as its an old area of town. The beds and bedlining are super comfortable! My room was huge and I had a bathtub. The rooms get cleaned very well and breakfast is delivered to the room.It's also very well located.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!

You can be very independent in this apart hotel. - Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases..
