Very kind staffs, especially Ms Patricia. She is very kind and helpful and made my stay much more comfortable.
Hotel is very close to subway station and on the big street. Location is in the next block of national congress, so I saw security guards /police on the street and felt more secured.

This was a very nice, modern, downtown hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor and a view of the city. It's not in the greatest downtown location for walking to attractions, but very easy by taxi.

At the adress there was no room available. However, I have been given one about 700 mtrs away in one of the best neighborhoods (Recoleta). Great location around Recoleta. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Recoleta Cemetery and Teatro Colon. Friendly staff, most spoke English very well. Breakfast was minimal but enjoyable because there were no time constraints. I highly recommend a restaurant down the street called 'Cumana'-- try the locro! -

The hotel was fabulous. Loved the interior decorating, the designer and architect really took some time to think about the esthetics as it gave it a sleek modern look. The staff were all very professional and helpful (thankyou Sergo - the overnight guy) he recommended a great tango show. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Good location

The staff were always very helpful and nice when answering questions.
Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing,
specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well
and they have variaty of choices to eat. The also offer an excellent
lunch for a fair price (cheaper then restaurants in general).
