Very friendly and helpful people,speak and understand English much better than the general public which is an advantage.Silvia at the counter mentioned in all the reviews was fantastic!!!She was a mother asking if everything was Ok.....She should get a pay raise!. great location can walk lots of places staff helpful even with language barrier breakfast excellent. Great breakfast buffet included in room cost. Fitness center also.

However, only the lobby had access - through two computers supplied by the hotel or through wireless access in the lobby. The wireless access seemed to work well for guests with laptops - but it would not work with my "smartphone" (which had no problems in connecting throughout the city in any number of cafes with WiFi. The rooms are smaller that pictured.No small refrigerator and normal tea/coffee making facilities. room on top floor very noisy - next to lift motor - and air conditioning units not very effective and very noisy. the AC's are old and noisy. Rooms are noisy cause of the elevator. Value for money. The level of the hotel is ways lower then 4*.I think it does not worth the money for the room offered to us. Taxes are too high, and the final price is quite different from that you expected to pay.
