  The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. Buenos Aires is a gem with so many interesting places to visit and kind, helpful people - Staff at the hotel were very helpful, friendly, respectful and very pleasant. They made you feel like that's the place you need to be when in Buenos Aires. Kudos to them. Mangemenet should be very appreciative of the effort they put in and put out.

  Two aspects are exceptional in this hotel: the position in the center of Buenos Aires and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.   Great location 2 blocks from Teatro Colon. Many restaurants on major pedestrianized street one block behind hotel and small grocery stores nearby. Classic old building with balconies and extensive decorative molding inside and out, marble stairs, etc.. Our apartment was the largest hotel facility we have ever had with separate living room, dining... what people say » room/kitchen and two large bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with two twins, plus separate bathroom. We felt like royalty—or at least up - This place is amazing for the price. I hesitated to book it because it was so cheap, I thought it could be too basic, but I couldn't believe how lovely it was. I only went ahead with a booking because of the other reviews, and was so happy I did. Even breakfast was included. I would have paid double and been just as happy! It's also really centrally located, ideal spot for exploring Buenos Aires. The staff were great, especially Francisca.
