  The desk staff were the best- very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent English language, and willing to help out (especially Roberto, Carlos and Raquel). Good location (Palermo - safe area), excellent staff and really nice rooms. We arrived at 7 am after a very long flight and got our rooms 8 hours before normal check-in time. They arrange transfer to/from airport for a decent rate, give nice tips for tango and sightseeing. Very friendly staff! Breakfast was also good.

  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. You can be very independent in this apart hotel. - Excellent location in happening Palermo... Loft was spacious and with cooking facilities, and one is quite independent to do as one pleases..   The staff were definitely the best part of the hotel. All of them were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was lovely. Someone was at reception 24 hours a day and could see anyone who came in, which helped me feel safe. Staff were very helpful, friendly and helped with being bilingual. We stayed for 7 nights in total & our first trip to Argentina was highlighted by this accommodation. Meals/ Breakfast yum!   We got a very good deal on letsbookhotel.com for a good size twin room. Indeed, as others wrote in here, the noise from the street can be a bit disturbing specially on your first night but you get used to it. Location in Palermo is quite good (a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and shops in the area) and the metro station is just two blocks away.... what people say » Breakfast was quite good, actually the best choice of food during our stay in Argentina! - Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Nice sitting area on roof (where we read), small pool and exercise room - all good. Good breakfast. Hot water pot in room. Computers for guests connected to printer. Small "supermarkets" and restaurants in the area. Can walk to the park or metro (which we didn't use). Close to domestic airport which was good for us. We would stay here again if going through Buenos Aires.

  Santiago has been extremely helpful and caring. He helped us out when we booked from the wrong bus station and even asked us after check out if everything was alright with the bus trip. Appartment is great, good shower and bed and very clean. 24/7 security - Fantastic service and Santiago is very helpful and knowledgeable! Apartments are amazing!
