The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

The newly remodeled room was extremely comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff was as helpful and friendly as we could have desired. Our only criticism is that this large hotel has only one computer for guests' internet services. - The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great.

Excellent location. Good A good standard hotel without being outstanding. However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.
