The young staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Between two people: one chair, one table, no towel rails, no hair dryer, one bedside lamp (2nd was supplied with double adaptor when requested) one power outlet, hot water took 5 minutes to come through, shower didn't drain away when you were showering, and there was always a pool of undrained water in the shower, non-availability of queen-sized beds, lounge area without table, straight out of the 80'S.
