The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the small hotel atmosphere as the staff knew who you were by name. The rooms were lovely with a nice modern feel. My particular favorite was the rooftop pool and being so close to the beach. Providing beach chairs and beach bags was a nice touch. This hotel was on the quiet side of south beach which we were thankful for.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

This is my second stay. I was a little hesitant after some reviews I had seen. I was perfectly satisfied. Some people just like to complain. - Perfect location if u want to be in ocean drive, the reception girl was very helpful to find transport and fun.

Professionalism and availability of the staff always ready to support and help the guest making their staying as nice as possible. The location is absolutely fantastic...in the very centre!! - Very comfortable bed, stylish, well-designed room. Room was very quiet. Free wi-fi was much appreciated.

I've gotta admit I wasn't sure what to expect. I travel a lot
and stay in many hotel brands. This was really amazing. Very high end
looking, large, quiet rooms. I loved it.
I recently stayed at an Intercontinental and this was MUCH nicer. I felt like I was in an old school Hollywood movie.

The King Ocean View Suites are spectacular in both comfort and style, with unforgettable sunrises over the ocean. Room service breakfast on the balcony is a must!!
Staff at the hotel were all very friendly, in particular the guys on the beach and in the restaurant. Also the parking valets were excellent, with particular mention of German who went out of his way to be helpful.
We will definitely be staying here again!

1) Great location - on a quiet street, a few steps from the beach, Ocean Drive, Lincoln rd.
2) Very nice and helpful staff
3) The rooms were clean and nice, fully renovated
4) Free wi-fi internet. Breakfast included. Coffee machine, iron, fridge, toaster and microwave in the rooms.

the hotel was central to all South Beach Miami had to offer. Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was small but had everything you would need for your trip. we asked for a quiet room and we were kindly accommodated.

The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view. Yes there is a noisy bar beside the hotel but it stops by 11:30pm so it's not a big deal at all. Beach chairs were included in our stay which was a nice surprise.

The staff were fantastic. My bank put a restriction on my card and was
declined. One of the managers Tj gave me a phone to call them. But since
it was a Sunday an also 4pm Nigerian time nothing could be resolved. Tj
checked me in all the same and said I should sort it out in the morning.
I couldn't believe this. I really appreciated this gesture.

Hospitality I give them 15/10. -
Nice design and vibe. Excellent food on all restaurants. Good parties around the pool and very good sound isolated room, no noise from late night pool parties. The staff deserves the credit of being a great place to stay.

privacy, optimum cleanliness and personal staff members, i would recommend to all and will come again g-d willing - Beautiful quiet hotel in nice neighbourhood, direct acces to the beach! Pitty there were renovation-works going on. When that is finished everything is perfect!

The Boulan South Beach was more then I expected. Just grand. Perfect location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our suite was gorgeous with everything you could ask for ~ kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms.

closeness to the actual beach. just one block down. it was a boutique style hotel only two floors, so not alot of people and got a personalized greeting everytime I approached the desk and spoke to Ceasar. -
