I liked my room, which was a very good size and had a small balcony. As
I was not well, the opening windows was perfect. This was a business
trip, so I spent quite a while working in my room. The internet link was
a little slow at times. -

The staff... all the staff members were very helpful, friendly, and definately accomodating. Hotel is a short walk from Lincoln road and the beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable, decor was funky. - This hotel is like home away from home. Very clean. Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel is just perfect! The best place to stay in South Beach. Located well enough both for beach and shopping, a bit on the side from the load streets. Views over the Bay are so stunning, the sunsets are worth paying for the room with the bay view. Hotel staff are very hospitable and accommodating. we had a completly updated room, nice tv, excellent huge bed. free parking, the hotel is not really central if you want to be @ maimi south beach so i would recomend a car if staying in this hotel, then it's about 15 minutes drive - location, price, good bed and linen, airport shuttle service

- Excellent location. Next to the beach, shopping, nightlife.
- Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.

- Helpfull employees (one of our cards didn't open the door, it was changed very fast; I was thirst at 3am, and they got me water - there wasn't room service)

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

Doesn't look like a place you would want to stay from the outside
but, this is a real gem! Excellent service. I had been charged for food
I never used out of our in room bar and they promptly credited my
account with no questions asked! Love the morning coffee and the evening
wine tasting! Nice pool. I would stay here again! -

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our iron in the room was not working and immediately someone brought a new one to our room. Our room was neatly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs for the beach. The food at the hotel was great especially the strawberry margaritas!! I loved the Beacon Hotel and I would definitely stay

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Due to the problems at
the beach club they upgraded our room and we continued our stay at the
hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the room and the friendliness of
the hotel staff and would stay there again. Some cold cuts on the
