The staffs were very helpful. Was rushing to airport and the staffs were trying their utmost best to get me on the bus. Kudos to them. the service offer and the receptionist politeness and welcome. The location and the staff. Direct access to the Ocean. We stayed there for one night during Memorial Day Weekend. I was booking it 3 days before coming to Miami, so there were just few hotels available and other were at least 2 times more expensive than Pierre. Hotel looks old and untidy, but our room was quite clean. Central a/c not too bad – at least quiet, but you can’t control it. Location is very good – Ocean Drive and South Pointe within walking distance .
όλα τα σχόλια » At first the receptionist was not very friendly but a day before leaving, I had a nice talk with the receptionist and the receptionist turned out to be nice. Location and very nice staff. Direct access to the beach. The employes were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach. Staff was helpful...but not enough to mitigate the terrible experience. Front office staff helpful...but.... Nice faire and best location. Close to Beach Friendlt staff. Location. The only average thing about the hotel is the staff, the rest is really bad. Walking distance from beach. Reception staff are nice. Internet in lobby). An average room with basic amenities, but this is what you paid for a great location. look too antique, doesn't have some utility needs and need some kind of better upgrade. All though te temperature was ok the room had central ac. Conditioning making noise at night. Parking 30$ per 24hrs in a garage across the street. AC very noisy... Need to have free parking SUPER IMPORTANT: free Wifi. Noises. The hotel , the beds, the windows are so dirty you cannot see thru. No safe in the room , air conditionning to cold and no control in room. No worth the money even if the price is low. I suppose I should not expect much for less than $100 at Miami Beach...noisy hotel all night; other "guests" yelling, slamming doors, after 1 am...starting again at 4 am...icy cold room, could not modify temperature in the room; bathroom was dirty upon check in...you "get what you pay for"...and I got very little.. Hotel was not clean, noisy, room temperature was arctic and not worth the money. Other "guests" were shouting and running late at night (from midnight...to 1 or 2 or 3 am..) slamming doors..room temperature could not be controlled...much too cold...room was very basic..OK, You get what you pay for...less than $100 at Miami Beach, I should not expect much...and I got nothing. An experience not to be repeated.. Some staf not so good. Sound is too much from the room 118. noise level is too high not water. Everything. everything. It does not worth the price, location is pretty bad, the hotel is very dirty and there is a terrible noice every morning from a store next door. I would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel. Very poor facilities!!!!! No air-conditioning. On very noisy street. Far from shopping and hub. No ac bed are very bad bathroom are not properly clean no curtains, only store who does not work properly. Everything!!!!!!!.
