The staff were friendly, and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had no issues with this hotel. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and room was sufficient for our needs. Was quiet for sleeping and felt safe in this area. Bus service was very close to hotel. I recently was stuck in Miami while traveling to Central America and
needed a room to day. I found the Crest Suites hotels. Its centrally
located near all the "expensive" hotels and near the lincoln
st mall areas. Its on a street with similar small hotels. Room was a bit
on the small side but bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.
There is a restaurant where breakfast is served. It was relatively
inexpensive and decent meal. Good value for the money.

Great hotel in great location.have read other reviews and I can only saythat people who are negative must be very pickey! closeness to the actual beach. just one block down. it was a boutique style hotel only two floors, so not alot of people and got a personalized greeting everytime I approached the desk and spoke to Ceasar. -

The hotel staff was great and very helpful, the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the beach, and there are nice restaurants right across the street, that serve an excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size modern furnished rooms. Very good shower. Complementary breakfast, wireless, beach towels and chairs, bicycles and the best of all unlimited international calls! Location great for restaurant options without the need of a car. 2 blocks from the beach. Parkhouse 2 blocks away very convenient. We were very impressed and would certainly return!

The distance from the beach, the shopping area and the bars/clubs. The room was spacious and clean and the WiFi connection was great. The people there were friendly, especially Alvaro, who talks seven languages, and gave us some tips about the city. -

I liked almost everything: the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and all the fixtures worked fine. I particularly loved the bathroom lighting - I use makeup, and it positively is the first hotel bathroom with a proper lighting. Great bed, too! -

Great location near all the Ocean Drive action, yet just far enough away from all the noise. Very comfortable bed. Nice that they served continental breakfast. Free wi-fi was a big plus. The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
