The hotel staff was great and very helpful, the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road and the beach, and there are nice restaurants right across the street, that serve an excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size modern furnished rooms. Very good shower. Complementary breakfast, wireless, beach towels and chairs, bicycles and the best of all unlimited international calls! Location great for restaurant options without the need of a car. 2 blocks from the beach. Parkhouse 2 blocks away very convenient. We were very impressed and would certainly return!

The beds were very comfy. Down comforters and pillows. We checked in around 4pm and ended up taking a nap! Staff was friendly. Rooms are large and have a frig and microwave which is nice. We had a 2-bedroom apartment which was very comfortable and excellent value for money. The apartments are located in several blocks around courtyards; ours was located next to the pool area. This was fine (not too noisy) but if you would mind this I'd suggest you request one away from the pool area. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated

The staff was very courteous and friendly. Whatever request we made they answered and fulfilled it to the best of their abilities. RICARDO and Paula was great! I enjoyed my stay there and I will return. The location of the apartment was most convenient being that it was literally 5 minutes away from the strip by car. Not much ruckus and noise so we got some much needed rest when we finally layed down.

I liked almost everything: the location is perfect, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and all the fixtures worked fine. I particularly loved the bathroom lighting - I use makeup, and it positively is the first hotel bathroom with a proper lighting. Great bed, too! -

The shower worked very good, with a good pressure and two exits of water, one fixed and another that you can take and move it. -

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.
