  Super efficient, smart and thoughtful staff, really appreciated that when I parked for a moment (illegally) in front of the hotel, the concierge immediately came from behind his desk and walked outside with me to be sure I knew where to turn to find the garage (entrance around the corner, 1/3 of the way down the block).
