Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from
airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was
helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle
drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. -

This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a trip with connecting flights. Close to JFK airport, not close to the city. Complimentary hotel shuttle to and from the airport. Not really for a long stay but I've stayed here four times for my Long Island visits. Front desk very friendly and recognized me as a frequent quest. Breakfast buffet

The free shuttle was waiting for us at 12.30 am when we arrived on the last leg of our flight from Sydney, Australia via Nadi and Los Angeles so it was a great end to our long journey. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better.
Room was a great size, really comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
Thanks for a great stay.

The staff were the friendliest that I had encountered in my 2 weeks of traveling in New York and Boston. I stayed for the convenience of being close to JFK for a morning flight for which I caught the shuttle which runs on the half hour. -

Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40
minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many
negatives about their shuttle. But once I arrived the staff was superb.

As a national chain, you get a pretty standard deal. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nicely outfitted, they had free wifi, and they had a free airport shuttle. It was affordable and was fine for a stop over stay. The shuttle bus was efficient and the staff very nice. -

This hotel is well managed and is a fair travel from Toronto but the price is good and very good public transport into Toronto via bus and train. Wifi was good and free breakfast was nice. Staff went out of their way to assist with my every need. -

Personnel at front desk was very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at 2 in the morning, no problem at all! Happy driver. The room was perfect for a night after flying and we were able to get ready for the next leg of the trip. Room was clean. No smoke smell. Close to airport. Breakfast was decent. All in all I give this 5/5. -

Staff friendly and free shuttle bus to JFK.

I stayed at Sleep Inn for one night before I took and international flight. The staff was very courteous through my whole process. They made sure that I did not miss the shuttle and that I was in a secure area since I was traveling alone.
