I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. I stayed in four point sheraton more than one time and the standard is always excellent . I don't think I will ever change my hotel in Dubai because of the location , the hotel standard , the staff , the room and the room rate , I can't belive I got suite with only 400 dh ,,, - I loved my two-day stay at this hotel. clean and bright atmosphere - The apartment was great, in an accesable area, easy to find by taxis etc. The staff were amazing and the standard was great i.e. the rooms were cleaned daily once we had gone out with clean towels etc.

The first day we arrived at the hotel we did not check in until the next
day. This was so we could drop our luggage off and go on a overnight
desert safari. They were very accommodating with storing our luggage and
letting us access it. They do have free wireless internet in the rooms

Stayed for 2 days at this apartment and found them well equipped and roomy with kitchen albeit with no views other that the buildings next door.
Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly.
Well located next to the Mall of the Emirates and with a small grocery store and café located close by.
We didn't get to eat breakfast here as we woke late however, my observation of the menu seemed to indicate a reasonable array of choice. I didn't get to use the pool or gym either so cant pass comment h

I liked the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. There were seven of us from one family (3 generation) and every one loved the partments.We tried the gym and love it. appropriate equiptment were provided which suited every ones need. The young ones and myself loved the roof top pool and the staff provided us with towels/

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was quite large and well appointed. There is a personal taxi service which is very affordable, just ask for Massoud, he is reliable and fair priced.

The Folks managing the show here are just really good...real value for money...extremely homely and you feel comfortable the moment you come inside the property - just because of the behaviors of the staff. -

The apartment is in a great location - walking distance to the Marina Mall, Marina Beach and Jumeirah Lake Towers metro station (for getting into the city). The apartment was plenty big enough for us (2 adults, 2 children - 12 & 10) and the big supermarket across the road was very handy, it also sold everything you would need. The staff were

Nice hotel, located at the end of the Dubai Marina promenade walk. Walking distance to Marina Mall approx. 20 minutes. Walking distance to the closest beach (near the JBR walk) approx. 15 minutes. Walking distance to the nearest metro station (Jumeirah Lake Towers) approx. 15 minutes. Of course the Dubai taxi system is great (and cheap) so if you don't want to walk you can just take a taxi.

The hotel -
Savoy Crest is in every sense of the word, a tourist delight. With my wife and 2 children, our expectations were indeed surpassed. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe
