A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we
were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall
her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view.... The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

I liked the facilities (well equipped gym and spa) (nice pool) and the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There are somany exciting things to do at the galleria like shopping, ice skating, nice restaurants, the only revolving restaurant in dubai which is at the hotel part of hyatt, i liked that we had acces to the hyatt regency hotel. Oh and the view fron our room was breath taking.

I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

I stayed on the 40th Floor in one of the executive rooms with access to the executive lounge for breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee and sandwiches. Also included free wifi and the staff in the executive lounge were very friendly and helpful. I will return to the Gloria on my next trip. They also arranged my airport transfer both ways.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom with toilet separated. It
was an ideal business stay if you don't want to break your bank.

Blu is a good choice. -
Welcoming and helpful staff from the moment you arrive at the Radisson
to the moment you leave. A very nice spacious room even though we booked
the standard double room size. We had a good view of the city. Quiet and
relaxing ambiance to the hotel, nice lobby area to use and the valet
service was a real help so you didn’t have to think about your car. The
staff even knew which hire car was ours when we couldn’t remember! We
did not have breakfast but out of choice. Room service food was

We walked into the room, only to discover that we were upgraded to an executive suite without even informing us. The hotel is now even better than before. The management really take note of customer comments. For example, I found a kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities this time. The room service is fast and very efficient and the quality of food is excellent as always. The speed of the check in and check out formalities has improved greatly.

Great staff, great studio, safe location 3 minutes walk to the closest mall (Al-Ghurair Mall), 4 minute walk to closest supermarked (Spinneys). Great area to skate nearby. You have the metro very close too 5-7 min. -
