A new new hotel, open 4 days. Beautiful hotel. Great location short taxi ride from Jumeriah Beach ares. Staff were fantastic. I would definitley stay again! - The whole experience was great and your staff are a real credit.

Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we
were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall
her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view.... I was very comfortable with this hotel; It has a wonderful service, luxury rooms, along with an amazing view of Dubai.

I have been several times to dubai but this was the best trip just because of this hotel as the location is really good its just a km away from shaikh zayed road and their are markets and eating places near the hotel plus the hotel is clean staff is friendly and no noise nothing and value for money ill recommend every one for this hotel and ill for sure visit this hotel again

Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and work well for my family. Hotel is close to Deira City Centre Mall which is very convenient. - The apartments were great, especially with 2 kids.

The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

i stayed in a four bedroom appartment and it was huge , clean , comfort , and there was a maids room which was a bonus , big parking area , the hotel loppy was very huge with many resturants and there was too many swimming pools and kids club , and huge green areas .. cinema is just two minutes walking , wafi mall is just 5 minutes walking . the h

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

- The staff: very helpful, highly committed and efficient. They do their outmost to make you enjoy your stay. Excellent service! We could benefit from an early check in the day of our arrival and could still access the hotel facilities until late the day of our departure. And they arranged for us a pleasant tour in the desert at reasonable prices.

Friendly staff and a much better option that an hotel. You get in the end a small apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and with daily service. Spinneys is across the street and that is so convenient. the public beach is across the street and since you are in Dubai, anything public is practically luxury. Wonderful beach. I will use this location for my next trip.

The Beds are very large and comfy, the rooms are well insulated against outside noise, and the location is ideal for business travellers - The flexibility of the hotel, they allowed a late checkout untill 16.00 WITHOUT CHARGE!
