We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The food was outstanding - one of the best selections I have experienced

The hotel is stunning. I've been to 5 star hotels in many cities of the world but none I liked as much as this.
The lobby is huge and ultra luxurious, with details of excellent taste.
The staff is most friendly from check in, cleaners, waiters of the restaurants, personal attendant at the pool ... all seek the comfort of the customers at all times

It's a new hotel, everything is at great quality, everything staff serves with great professionalism. Room service is quicker than anywhere I stayed, such as London JW Marriott or HK Ritz. We enjoyed the setting of the hotel with very nice views. We had a sea view room but the view to the other side was also very good (pool, beach etc). Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai

Upon arrival the staff greeted us and took over the check in process, i only had to sit and relax while the front desk lady had to prepare the papers for check in. The hotel is amazing in terms of first impression us we were astonished with the internal decorative design.

The luxury of the facilities and treatment by all the staff from bell boys to management. The room and the bed were fantastic. There is a bath that could fit in a family of four! The pool area and surrounds were very well located with excellent service poolside. Plenty of 4-5 star restaurants to choose from. Also the free shuttle from and to the hotel stopping at various places was so helpful.
