We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to
this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.
We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the
bottom of the palm. Both the sea-view (on the Palm incl. Atlantis-Hotel)

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.
I really loved everything and I strongly recommend this hotel to ot

The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. It is without a dought a greate place to spend a vacation at. - We could check in even though we haved arrived before 10:00am, we are not sure because we booked

I fly to Dubai very often at average about every two weeks for business. For me the location is perfect since most of my work is within Sheikh Zayed rd., but apart from this the fact is the location is still very good. Booked a horizon deluxe room for two nights. Staff allowed us to check in early, however were reluctant to honour late (i.e. 6pm) check out that was advertised as part of the horizon package. We had to really push for this due to an early morning flight to Oz. Otherwise staff and facilities were first class. Would definitely stay there again, especially for breakfast which was outstanding.

Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

I travel to the UAE often and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Great for business and a holiday alike. Imagine having a bath looking out to the Dubai skyline. This was my second stay at the hotel and just as last time everything was working perfectly fine. Perfect location, smooth check-in and check-out, very nice pool and fitness facilities. During the cooler months you can walk to JBR Walk, which is only 10-15 minutes away, or you can take a stroll on the Marina Walk, which is just outside the hotel. Being connected with the Marina Mall there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities close by if you don't want to have your meals at the hotel.

I liked the sytle of the hotel and the amenities it had to offer. I liked that there were 5 different restaurants on site offering differing cuisine from around the world. I liked the room itself due to its size, comfort and beauty. The bed was extremely comfortable, tv was very large and the bathtub/shower were very large. Also, the hotel/room were extremely clean and you could tell that the hotel goes to great lengths to keep it that way. The staff was very helpful and courteous and also -
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful - they couldn't
do enough for us. This hotel is such good value for money. We had a
suite room and it was well furnished and comfortable. We have stayed at
the Westin before and the room was comparable, although the location is
not. The hotel is opposite to the Ibn Battuta mall which is very handy
if you like to shop.

The only bad thing was the old towels. Otherwise, its a good hotel with an excellent service. - A very peaceful hotel, Asian decor and excellent service. Good variety of restaurants.
