The staff was amazing Cyrus and Andrew at reception were very helpful and kind, staff was always speedy in processing any requests we made and the fact that there's a 24/7 supermarket downstairs that provides delivery to your room was a pleasant and added bonus.
The apartments are spacious and organized and the view was spectacular.

The stuff where very nice (world class) and the rooms where kept very
clean all the time. Furniture is nice and almost new.
what ever extra we asked through the phone was delivered in a blink of an eye.
cant ask for better.

Place, environment specially staff. The lady in reception who did our check in was very nice her name was Ms. Lucy very friendly n very good. -

We had a two bedroom apartment, one king size bed and two singles for
the teenagers were great. The beds were comfy, we had daily room service
& the staff were friendly. The apartment size was fantastic, clean,
modern and very comfortable. We had two bathrooms, each with a separate
shower and a shower in the bath as well, a bidet & toilet. There was
a separate toilet also. The kitchen came with a toaster, kettle which I

We were a family of 3 adults (husband + me + my brother) and 2 children (aged 11 and 3) who stayed in this hotel. There was a huge hold up at the border for the entry visas so we got to Dubai past midnight. The stay at the hotel was awesome. The apartment we stayed in was huge (
there was five of us and in the apartment were four bathrooms, so..
There was enough space for sure!) and there was all equipment needed and
big balcony to chill at. Refridgerator and washing machine were a good
addition and it was fun to make food together after a busy day exploring

Overall very comfortable stay in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious and relaxing. Friendly staff, always ready to help. Excellent place to stay with family and short commute by taxi to main attractions -

We spent 15 days in this hotel.
Breakfast cost 36 Dhm per person and was pretty good. Fresh orange juice and basic range of food were adequate it's price.
Our two and half years old daughter was eating for free.
Small shops are very close and all needed goods can be bought there.
Fridge was noisy ( we stay in one-bedroom suite, so it didn't disturb us during night, because kitchen was separate).
No taxi driver knows the hotel, but all of them know Holiday Inn, which is very close.

good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends - verey nice hotel .

Needs some clean-up inside and outside building. Shower area needs proper enclosure. Curtains are old and cannot withstand water during shower. Bedroom timber floor gets cold needs wall to wall rug. -

Staff's are excellent and very kind to us. Location is good for shopping. Room size is more than enough (I used one bed room type), WiFi is available in room. I recommend this hotel strongly and I will come again in future. -

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.
