I chose to stay at this hotel because of its perfect location. The hotel is very close to the exhibition center. I needed to walk for less than 2 minutes to get to the entrance of the World Trade Center. The room was always clean and the staff were very friendly. I was staying on the 7th floor and the Wi-fi signal was excellent. I recommend this hotel to those who are visiting Dubai for business purposes.

Needs some clean-up inside and outside building. Shower area needs proper enclosure. Curtains are old and cannot withstand water during shower. Bedroom timber floor gets cold needs wall to wall rug. -

I lived in Dubai before, so I know city more or less. This hotel is comfy if you have a car or plan to use taxi. What I liked about the place was a lot of space in the rooms. There was living room and kitchen and bedroom. I could cook if I wanted, very convenient. Sheets were changed every day and bed was very big, very good night sleep every night. Internet excess and business center to fax, print or scan papers if you are on the business trip is available.

We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. The hotel has enough car park under the basement. The staffs including the security were friendly. We stayed in studio appartment. The check in was ok. We room was spacious and clean. Arrival to the hotel was good and the check in was very quick. The room was perfect, very neat and clean. We did not use the kitchen however all the basic amenities were available. we really liked the pool which was huge and a kids pool adds to the charm for people travelling with kids. Close proximity to metro station and shopping areas makes it an ideal place to stay for leisure and business traveler. Really enjoyed my stay.
