Everything about the stay at the hotel was amazing... from location, luxury and the great service from all staff
There is always a coffee guy who offers Arabic coffee and dates while waiting for our car to come... he was really friendly and says hi when ever we pass by...
I forgot few things at the hotel when i checked out and the staff were amazing in orgaonizing to send them to where i asked them to... the things were well organized and sealed before sending them...

With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between

I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in

Excellent & exceeded all our expectations. After stepping in, we
were greeted warmly at the reception. Then the lady (don't recall
her name, but she stated that she was from Jamaica) provided us with a

Friendly staff, the two-bed room apartment has two extra bathroom, Quran in the drawer of the master room and this is the first time to see this in hotel in Dubai, they sent a national day sweet gift which really suprised us, they called us to know if we need any more things in the room (not happened in 5-stars hotels), excellent location, very quite although there is construction near by, there are books in the living room (first time to see this thing in hotel), and great sea view.... In fact, I recommended strongly all family for this hotel. Since this hotel having the below advantages:
1.People treatment were very excellent starting from the receptions till the housekeepers
2.Appreciation to Mr. Joel working in the reception and Mss. Lamella working in the CLUB located in the 18th floor

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it
came speedily. It is also more than value for money if one can afford

Everything ... there was plenty of choices of activities to do for adults and especialy children...most important the Hotel employees were so pleasent and helpfull... We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στο μετρό και ενδοιάμεσα της περιοχής για διακοπές και χαλάρωση και της τουριστικής παλιάς πόλης. Βρίσκεται στην Financial περιοχή. Conveniently located to Dubai Mall - our 5 year old walked there without a problem, and 3 year old rode in a pushchair. - The hotel was immaculate, the service friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable and well fitted-out. The brunch on the terrace was very good value and very good quality - 159dhs (about 30GBP) per head selection of lebanese, indian, japanese, seafood and barbecue dishes served outside overlooking the pool, with fairly decent Australian wines or Tiger beers included.

Rooms were large, furniture was in good condition the kitchens were very nicely set up.
Great place for a couple who enjoy each others time cooking and eating together, sunning, and want to get around without being in the traffic of Dubai.

Great hotel to stay during my trip. Staff all very friendly and helpful, room very clean and room make up everyday, free room wifi for 1 person only and newspaper provided upon request, subway and burger king is just opposite within walking distance and convenience store is just beside the hotel. I would go back to this hotel again next time i visit dubai.

Day of departure recieved breakfast in the room at 04.00 am for free. also free airport transport - The staff were very freindly and helpful and were willing to ensure that your needs were catered for.The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to most shopping malls and more importantly the Airport. Having stayed in the Royal Club also impressed me with the services that were available to me. The restaurants were great as they catered for most tastes regardless of where you came from.
