The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. Room w/balcony , location was great, both room service and the adult
beverage emporiums were well run, food available in grocers, restaurants
and via the hotel were a good value. Yes there were working girls but
they were understanding of 'no' thank you. One of the two clubs
required 100 aed in the evening they of course had no profit from me.

Very nice location near the red metro line. We arrived on a very early
flight, and requested early check-in. No rooms were available at the
moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby
couches. We also got our room already about 10am with no extra cost. -

Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.
