The staff were very helpful in every aspect and were very nice and were very attentive and responsive to all our requests. The hotel was very stylish and very comfortable and breakfast was very nice with a lot of healthy and everyday breakfast selections to suit everyones taste.

(1) The staff are knowledgable and quick to answer any question or request. (2) I love the idea of the little snack shop where you can get salads, sandwiches, and snacks for those times you don't feel like eating at the restaurant or even ordering room service. Or when you don't have time for breakfast, you can grab something from there to eat in the car on the way to your appointments. The staff made our stay at Citymax very enjoyable. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival and friendly. The porter's were vey nice and helpful, nothing was to much bother for the staff in general including the diningroom staff. Excellent location. Right beside the Mall of Emirates and stop for the hop on bus tour. The room was clean and comfortable accomodating our needs. There was construction work being carried out outside the hotel which seems to be happening in most areas around the city, but we were woken quite early. Just something to be aware of. Very nice hotel. Absolutely no ladies are allowed in the rooms. Rooms are fully monitored by cameras and if they see a woman come in your room, they will be banging on the door within minutes. I made use of the gym, it was nice though not fully equipped as things like skipping rope was missing, overall it still served the purpose.

This was an excellent value for money hotel. Felt maybe a little bit B-class, but had everything you would need. Clean, a lot of staff in reception, bar, restaurants, pool... Overall all good!
If/when we get back to Dubai we could stay at this hotel again.
Good location, 10min walk to nearest metro, 10min walk to Bur Juman shopping centre.
Free shuttle to Dubai mall and beach.

Very nice location near the red metro line. We arrived on a very early
flight, and requested early check-in. No rooms were available at the
moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby
couches. We also got our room already about 10am with no extra cost. -

Good WiFi connection - all in all - great value for money! -
The hotel is about seven miles from the centre of Dubai but do not let this deter you. It is very comfortable, has a good pool and a pleasant bar which serves alcohol. Taxi's are very reasonable and plentiful and there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the main attractions of Dubai. The staff cannot do enough for you. There are tea making facilities in the room and they supply any amount of tea bags,coffee and milk.

We needed a twin room just for one night. The room was really nice, much better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. I needed to print my checkin receipt and they were happy to help. - They have a very friendly and accomodating receptionist at the lobby.

Location in Deira is ideal..several restaurants are a few minutes walk. The hotel is nothing fancy but comfortable, clean and quiet.
Value for money...will stay in Lords Hotel again in my next visit to Dubai. -

We stayed in this hotel as we had 14 hours to wait in Dubai until our connecting flight and just wanted somewhere cheap to get our heads down.
We got a taxi from the airport which took about 15 minutes. The rooms were clean and we cant really complain.
It wasn't in a great area but the taxi in the morning to Dubai Mall was cheap and only about 1

My stay in this hotel was nice, Staff was cooperative and have good knowledge about the city and they are always ready to help the guest. Receiption was also good. Furniture and cleaning was fine. I would definitly recommend to stay in this hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. They let us check in early without any extra charge. The hotel was spotless and the room was very comfortable. The window could be opened. Everything was perfect, our room was on the 7th floor and it was very pleasant however there was a bad smell in the hallway but it went after a while.
Customer service was brilliant and so was the room service.
everything was close by even from airport it costs only 13 dirhams.
