The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, the best in Dubai. Breakfast was great and the room service menu we found an excellent selection and the food was delicious. Our apartment was so spacious and the facilities great. -

This hotel is excelent, as a interior designer myself, I always appreciate stylish and thought that is put into designing a space, so rooms are spacious with all amenities and luxury expected, spa with excellent and attentive staff as for Lena or Nancy, my husband had a amazing and relaxing time in a couples massage suite.

The service was very nice specially Jimmy the supervising bell man from Canada, actually someone you can talk to, makes you feel like your not that far from home. I hope he gets promoted to the front desk bacause they really need someone like him.

We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies. The pool and th

We enjoyed the setting of the hotel with very nice views. We had a sea view room but the view to the other side was also very good (pool, beach etc). Atlantis was one of the best hotels that we have ever booked. The hotel itself was magnificent and the facilities second to none. The staff were extremely helpful and we had a wonderful stay. In terms of value for money our room charge also included the water park, the aquarium and also day long snacks and drinks - which came in useful since we were there during Ramadan. We highly recommend it and would only stay there when we go back to Dubai

Exceptional experience!
1- We arrived before the check-in time and our rooms were not ready yet, they didn't let us wait and transformed us to other rooms!
2- They really take care about everything to make you feel comfortable.
3- Upon our arrival, Gina, one of their fabulous assistants went with us to the rooms and explained everything in detail

Location location location!! Staying at the address was the best decision we made. Having direct access to dubai mall we were never bored and so close to everything . We even walked to the cinema at the mall at 1am in our hotel slippers. The service and staff were all very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in a double room with a view to the road outside which is still great, the bathroom was hugee and beautiful. The entire room was very convenient and spacious. If u want a relaxing hotel
