The location was very good! We got an apartment near the Maidan Nezalezhnosti, the main Square of Kiev. We came to the office at 11 am, and nice lady gave us the keys right away, two hours before the official check-in, which was very nice. The apartment was cozy and quiet. This is an excellent hotel in a residential high rise apartment
building. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Great queen size bed,
fridge and stove. Superb $$ value. 5 minute walk to metro which costs 25
us cents a ride. They like Americans!! If you want extra pillows and

The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. The Khreshatik becomes pedestrian during the weekend and the mood is festive. Chique deco, clean, comfortable apartment. -

I have stayed in several of the apartments at 19 Baseina street now.
Across the street is a shopping centre with a supermarket (like Coles/ Woolworths/ Safeway etc equivalent) in the bottom level. Combined with the kitchen and washing machine in each apartment this is a powerful boon to travelers who wish to pack light or are on a budget.

Location: Most of sights in walking distance, Metro station Zoloti Vorota ca 100 mt, Teatralna ca 300-400 mt. Appartment was small ca 20 sqm but very clean and well furnished with TV, WLAN, little kitchenette with fridge, hair-dryer in the bathroom. Excellent location right in central Kiev with lots os shops and
restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. A hair dryer was
missing in our apartments, so when we rang them to tell, they brought a
new one straight away. We also enjoyed the mirrors in the bedroom, and

The hotel is situated in an apartment complex. Maybe the outside will scare some people but don't worry about that! The inside is excellent. The apartment we booked had a nice jacuzzi, kitchen, living room and a big bed room! Very nice design also!

The managers were very helpful and friendly. They and the staff spoke decent English. The taxi drivers they hired were very friendly and spoke very good English. Plus, their rates were reasonable. My studio apartment was modern, comfortable, quiet and very secure. I also liked the fact they are located in a nice, busy part of the city.
