I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. The location is perfect - close to many of Kiev places of interest. The apartment had everything we needed: very comfortable beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen corner equipped with all necesary things. There were even two TVs (one would be enough). The hotel (actually it is an apartment) is located between two metro
stations and close to the city center. The staff was friendly and gave
us another room with balcony upon request (please check in advance that
you get one, they have only two rooms available). Actually this rooms
are much bigger than the others. We paid 20 uah for WiFi for the whole
stay, but the internet speed is pretty poor.

The location was 5 min walk to Universitet metro station and across a
few restaurants which were good. The room was very clean and had the
atmosphere of a good family-run hotel. Although the staff did not speak

I had a great time at the hotel and can warmly recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and good value for money. I read that people complained about this hotel but I have stayed half of my life in 5 star hotels but in my opinion this hotel offers all you need to stasy for a very good priv´ce and has an excellent location.

Good value and location for your money. Hotel is a bit "soviet" but renovated some 10 years ago and looks very acceptable taking in consideration high prices for hotels in center of Kiev.
Try it instead of rental apartments and in most of cases you will be pleasantly surprised.

This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late.

Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also
many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many
choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel
again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna,
so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with
many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the
black pig at the top on the street, great food.
