Clean and modern, but small, standard room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff including concierge. Generally western european standards. excellent location for Olympic stadium and close to city centre for sightseeing. metro nearby and very cheap. exceptional attentive staff at hotel. helpful and English speaking staff. room service same price as in restaurant. good breakfast. plenty of lifts. able to book and pay for taxi at hotel. concierge service. porters excellent. glad we stayed at this hotel. excellent !!

I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. WIFI

In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open. The room is like and 1 bedroom apartment. The location was great with the hotel situated in a park, buses ran along the street in front of the hotel and the metro underground was about a 15 minute walk away and is quite cheap & fast travel.

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Great to have a flat with full kitchen and sitting room instead of small hotel rooms; central location to explore Kiev. 24h reception in the building, not always English-speaking, but always friendly and helpful. arrived after midnight at Kiev airport, we could arrange a taxi through the hotel in advance which was very helpful. free wifi. -

I was quite worried when I read the other reviews for this hotel on letsbookhotel.com. But actually everything was just perfect! The location is good, close to the center and to the Palace of Sports (I visited a competition there and that's why I chose this hotel). The hotel was located quite well. Up on a hill over the Olympic stadium with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was decent with several options eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Wifi was good enough to video chat with so that was nice. I liked that there were water coolers on each floor so I could easily have drinking water.

When I arrived, there was a small mix up with the rooms but the staff were fantastic! They sorted everything out, they were very friendly, they gave me the room I expected which was very nicely decorated and in my view, the location is perfect to see and visit the sights of Kiev. 10 out of 10 to the staff! I will be staying here again! -

website. Staff has lack of understanding English but were helpful on any
kind of issue. WiFi works great. 10 minutes walk to Ukraina shopping
mall. Cab will cost $5-10 to take you to down town.

- The hotel have a key- location in the center of Podil, right at the Contractova square and Andriyovsky uzviz (pedestrian zone). Kreschatyk, Sophia Cathedral and Independance Square are in walking distanse from it.

I had a great time at the hotel and can warmly recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly and good value for money. I read that people complained about this hotel but I have stayed half of my life in 5 star hotels but in my opinion this hotel offers all you need to stasy for a very good priv´ce and has an excellent location.

Good value and location for your money. Hotel is a bit "soviet" but renovated some 10 years ago and looks very acceptable taking in consideration high prices for hotels in center of Kiev.
Try it instead of rental apartments and in most of cases you will be pleasantly surprised.
