Each light and airy room features a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV and tea/coffee facilities Full English breakfasts are served each day, and Ciao! coffee shop provides a selection of light snacks and homemade cakes and pastries. Evening meals are also available in the restaurant. Guests can relax on the sun patio by the heated pool. There is regular entertainment in the lounge bar in the summer months and a games room with a pool table and large flatscreen TV. Ample free parking is available, and the harbour is 5 minutes away by car. Jersey Airport can be reached in 20 minutes’ drive.

Friendly staff. Modern rooms, white bedding, thick towels. Comfy beds and pillows. Shower good plenty off hot water.Plenty of storage space and hangers. Nice pool area and cafe.Plenty of places to sit inside as well as the bar. Free Wii. They provided good coach trips, and pick ups. Lift and laundry room, the hotel was very clean. And the staff very very helpful. We left a case with them while we went over to Guernsey. The sweet table at the evening meals was amazing. The service in the restura.

The Staff were so friendly, the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing friendly, professional and made you feel so welcome, we actually said at the time we haven't seen this service in a hotel for a while. The breakfast was excellent better than 5* hotels we have stayed in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We recently stayed here, due to the excellent reviews and the price and we were not disappointed. The staff were very professional and very friendly, unlike some hotel they genuinely seem to enjoy their job and want to make their guests stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel,we will plan to return. A very nice friendly hotel, staff are a pleasure to deal with, close to a pleasant park and minutes into town, rooms big and beds very comfortable with high quality beds. Recommend the round island coach trip, very good value and the driver was very informative Breakfast very good full English waiter service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was very good. The location was excellent as you were so close to the city centre yet at the same time you were close to a lovely park and a short walk from the waterfront. I would highly recommend the Norfolk. Rooms clean,food good value,10 min to town centre,15 min to bus terminus.This is a well run hotel to be used as a good base to travel from.When we stayed the hotel was partially occupied due to the time of year. Customer service was superb.Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Their main aim was to ensure our stay with them was enjoyable, so it was! Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. It wasn't noisy at night,so there were no disturbances. In this life, you get what you pay for. This hotel proved excellent value for money, with the city centre location being an added bonus. The head waiter is of the old school, and adds considerably to your enjoyment of the visit. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very clean. Lots of wardrobe and drawer space. The staff make you feel at home and are very helpfull and friendly. The food is excellent and the breakfasts really set you up for the day and the serving times mean you don't have to rush. We enjoyed it all from the friendly welcome at reception when we arrived, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and a good breakfast and friendly staff. the warm reception we received off all the staff, reception, dinning room and bar staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The first room we were given was over the front door and noise from the street was bad till about 3am. ( but it was a bank holiday) The menue at breakfast and in the evening was a bit limited. Sausages not very good, and I think the mushrooms were tinned. The hotel is large and a bit bland ie no intresting pictures. Some of the staff were a bit stretched, doing all kinds of jobs. But still very helpfull. Tv signal wasnt brilliant. nothing bad to say about this hotel,. early morning call on last day not carried out. We couldn't fault them on anything!. The plumbing could do with an updating, with the extractor fan being rather noisy. New carpets would be a good investment, but these negatives are far outweighed by the positives. Could do with more shelving in the bathroom. Liked everything. There could be more entertainment. Rather basic decor. Shower was poor. The only thing we found that on returning to the hotel after an evening out the bar was sometimes closed though we thought it was open till 1pm. It didn't spoil our stay though. Nothing to complain about. Nothing. There was nothing to dislike. It was a fairly long walk to the bus station, if you did not want to go on the excursions organised by the hotel. - cheap quality of the breakfast sausage. 20-30 very young (10 -12 year old) French schoolchildren who thought it was playtime. Not the hotels fault!!. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing not to like. There wasn't anything we didn't like. The bathrooms, although kept really clean, were very dated but fine for a few days stay. The only bit I didn't like was the shower in our room, there was minimal pressure in it so took a long time to have a shower and wash my hair. We were probably the only people under 50 in the hotel, but didn't make any difference to our enjoyment of our stay. French schoolkids who thought a one night stay was great fun!!. being told we had to share a table for breakfastand even worse evening meals when paying extra for them the dining room needs to cater a bit more for guests who require a bit more privacy. If you want a young crowd don't stay here. Nothing. Nothing at all. I found sharing the table at breakfast with another couple a squash, the table was too small for four people. We decided not to have evening meal partly for that reason. Cant comment there wasn't anything bad. The whole experiance was good. The wi-fi doesn't reach all parts of the hotel. coffee shop not open, but it was very early in the season.
