Walking distance to town and the beach. I had a double room with a four poster bed that was just heaven. Bathroom while small and clean and extremely functional. Breakfast was a traditional English breakfast or you could order what you liked from within that. It was my birthday while I was there and Maria, after contact from one of my best friends, bought a huge bunch of flowers on her behalf and placed them in my room. You are within easy walking distance from town centre; and we chose to not access the tunnel.
Roseville Bistro was delicious , as was Solmar. Two convenience stores provided good service, as well.
Food was delectable and staff was accommodating. We would stay here again.
charming, great breakfast, very classy guesthouse, much better than the impersonal hotels. Run by a lovely family. Great location for the Beach and a 10min walk from the bubbling town centers main street.
Very comfortable, old world style guest house in a quiet area near the sea and within walking distance of town. Good breakfasts with friendly helpful staff. A very relaxed atmosphere all round.
It was very clean & modern. Lovely breakfast. Helpful owners. Literally one minute from the beach with an amazing view. Great location near the town centre. I would love to go back again.
Location - Near the seafront and short walk or bus ride into town. Friendly and helpful staff. No problem when we requested an early breakfast before our day trip to France.

Not your fault... archives only operate Tuesday -Thursday. We arrived on a Thursday and left Tuesday.
On the other hand, you have a fabulous library!.
parking is available but 300 yards away, there is space in front of the guesthouse but you will have to be lucky..this is the same all over Jersey so just plan ahead..why not hire i bike like i did..great fun and parking is a dream.
Nothing to say about any dislike.
Breakfast was 8-9 & there aren't enough tables for everyone so should have a longer window. The hot water was not hot for very long & my boyfriend had to have a cold shower.
The welcome was less than I expected - a relative of the owner who just
showed me my room. Being on my own I would have liked a slightly more
personal welcome. Also, the next day at breakfast, I was not spoken to,
apart from being asked for my order, and I had to approach the landlady
myself afterwards. She was very apologetic, but being on my own I did
feel rather upset about this. However, after this, everyone was very
friendly and helpful.
Not always possible to park in the road but a free car park (17.00-08.00) located within a 5 min walk at the end of the next road.
Bathroom a little small.
The wifi did not work in the private rooms, only in the public space.
The walls were thin and we could hear everything going on in the hotel.
The room was cold at night despite a small heating unit. The water in the wash basin in thetoilet was either extremely hot or extremely cold.
