We stayed in this hotel and what can i say, I have stayed in some lovely hotels that have cost a fortune and havent been as clean or as friendly as the Ramada Encore. - It Had only been open for a week

The comfort/cleaniness of the rooms.I'm a really picky person when itcomes to clean hotel rooms. And the room we stayed in was prefectlyspotless. Very friendly and helpful staff overall.

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day.. didn't locate the postcode very well. Rang hotel and received
excellent directions by the very helpful young man on the phone.
Breakfast was very nice, fantastic selection of food and very nice
waitresses. Brilliant location for central Sheffield. Will use again.

This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand
it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had
opened yesterday. The staff were all amazingly helpfull, nothing was too
much trouble for them. I almost always stay in Premier Inns however the

Amazing staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. They were lovely and very helpful. I couldn't stay for breakfast and one particularly lovely man in the restaurant insisted on making me a bacon sandwich to take to the station with me. Wrapped in tinfoil, even had the bread lightly toasted to keep it firm, so thoughtful. He also put a few little muffins in the paper bag in case I wanted something sweet. Your reception staff rang the night before and to confirm booking and advise on best place to park and offered any other assistance.
Lauren who works in the restaurant was very capable and very efficient when a lot of us were complaining. She was extremely polite offered complimentary deals to offset complaint, never once did she lose her cool.

really friendly, also had a little laugh and joke, the facility's
was great too, they had a (fix it) button on the phone anything you
wanted sorting like nosy neighbours, or tv not working, there was
someone available 24/7

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast,
very clean and comfortable room. My wife and I left our family and
friends in Barnsley to make our home in South Africa forty years ago
in February 1973. We love sa but thank you all for making us feel at
