My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. We stayed in this hotel and what can i say, I have stayed in some lovely hotels that have cost a fortune and havent been as clean or as friendly as the Ramada Encore. - It Had only been open for a week

We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The rooms were a nice size and clean if a little stuffy as we didn't use air con as we both have asthma but the breakfast was great the staff very helpful it was in a convenient spot to our family who we went to visit we had s lovely comfortable bed and pillows overall I would give u 8 out 10 . -

Everything was new and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great. Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, right in the centre of town, fantastic courtyard with restaurants to the back of the hotel, and it was such a beautiful weekend that you felt you where abroad. the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful...nothing too much trouble...Diane and Natasha were lovely people and treated us almost as if we were friends! the breakfast choices were superb and we felt well looked after.. despite there being 500 rooms we hardly saw anyone in the dining room, although we went down at 7am each day..
